OK, I just thought of a few more (important tracks (missing) which I would have tried to get on the list no matter what. . .like):

Hang Fire, She's So Cold, Heartbreaker, As Tears Go By, It's Only Rock & Roll (but I like it), Let's Spend the Night Together

But all in all, a pretty good list, though.

I'm a huge Stones fan and I like your list, they are essential tracks, and it's kinda impossible to pick only a couple dozen tracks...but I'll give it a try.

Little Red Rooster Around and Around...wait, this is becoming Side 3 of Love you Live...just fantastic stuff.

That covers most of their albums in order. So much skipped, but those are some of my favorite Stones tunes, many are underrated gems.
